The Winters Police Department will be very busy on April 19th and April 21st as they partner with the CHP – Woodland and Winters Combined PTA to put on Bicycle Rodeos at:

• Waggoner Elementary School (April 19th 1:45 pm to 3:30 pm)

• Shirley Rominger Intermediate School (April 21st 2:50 pm to 4:00 pm ).

The program is free so remember to have your children bring their bicycles and helmets (there are a limited amount of loaner bicycles and helmets available).
